Can I pick up my rocking chair myself?
Yes! You can pick up your rocking chair or footstool in our warehouse. You must make an appointment to do this. We advise you to come with an appropriate/adapted vehicle to avoid disappointments if your rocking chair doesn’t fit your car.
Does Rocking Seats have a showroom where I can have a look at the rocking chairs?
No, unfortunately we do not. There is only a warehouse for picking up your rocking chair but it is not open for customers.
If you want to, you can always checkout our rocking chairs at one of our sales points.
Will my rocking chair fit the room?
You will find product and packaging measurements of each rocking chair on their respective product pages. Note that it is your responsibility to check, before making your order, whether the rocking seat will fit the stair case, doors and other passages.
If you wish to return the order because the size is not right for you, you will be charged with the costs.
Does Rocking Seats deliver everywhere in Europe?
We deliver all over Europe. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and a quotation of shipping costs. We do NOT deliver to post boxes. The shipping rates for European islands are available on request. We ship from Monday to Friday.
Do we have to assemble our rocking chair ourselves?
Yes, you have to attach the legs to your rocking chair. But we promise it will be easy!
They are delivered without the legs attached to avoid transportation damages as much as possible. If the assembling turns out to be problematic, you can watch the manuals that are available online (on the bottom of this page or click here). Naturally, if you need us to help you out, you can also contact us anytime.
How should I take care of my rocking chair?
Rocking Seats has chosen a high-quality covering which is stain-proof and water-resistant. This means you do not have to treat your rocking chair with any products. If you do happen to spill something on it, we advise to clean it with a damp cloth.
A rocking chair is out of stock. How do I place my order?
We will try to restock our rocking chairs and footstools as fast as possible. Even though your favourite product is out of stock, you can still place your order. The rocking chair will then be reserved for you to be delivered at the earliest inventory renewal.
The product page always mentions an estimated delivery date. Please be aware that this date is subject to change as sometimes products arrive sooner or later than expected.
What if my order is damaged?
If your article is not in perfect condition when it arrives with you, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by sending a mail to email@example.com. This needs to be done within 7 days after delivery. We will ask you to send pictures of the damaged goods, along with your order number and postal code.
To avoid disputes, it is also important to immediately note all visible damages to the packaging at the time of delivery on the hand-held scanner or courier service’s documents.
Tips for a home delivery of my rocking chair.
What should I pay attention to when the rocking chair is delivered at my house:
- The delivery takes place as soon as possible and we will deliver it at ground floor level.
- Additionally, we will inform you about the exact delivery date through mail.
- Make sure you know the product and packaging measurements. You can find them on their respective product pages. Note that it is your responsibility to check, before making your order, whether the rocking seat will fit the staircase, doors and other passages. If you wish to return the order because the size is not right for you, you will be charged with the costs.
