SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We ship throughout Europe and have a 48-hour shipping policy unless goods are out of stock.

To calculate shipping costs, add items to your cart and use our shipping calculator in our shopping cart. Enter your address to get the most accurate rates from our shipping partner.

48-hour shipping refers to 2 business days. For example, an order placed on Monday will be packed and shipped no later than Wednesday. Please note that it may be collected and shipped earlier depending on order volume.

All Rocking Seats orders, once shipped, will receive a confirmation email with a link to current order status and delivery details.

Depending on location, delivery time in most cases is 4-7 business days. We cannot deliver to a PO Box address and we do not ship outside of Europe.

All delivery times are always an estimate. Via the track & trace you may be able to adjust the delivery date yourself.

Remember that it is your responsibility to check if the items in their packaging fit through doors, staircases and elevators before placing the order. Also, an order will always be delivered to the ground floor.

Return and refund policy

We have a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy. You can return your item in its original packaging to us for a refund within 14 days after it is delivered to you. We will refund the cost of the item, but you must pay the cost of return shipping. Please use our return form for this purpose.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify the delivery person immediately so they can make note of it on the delivery receipt. After that, do not hesitate to contact Rocking Seats via Whatsapp chat on the website or by sending an email to hello@rockingseats.com

Please provide the following information:

  1. your invoice (including order number) and any other proof of purchase;
  2. detailed description of the item and problem;
  3. photographic evidence of the defect or damage, if applicable;
  4. any other details we need to proceed.

You will receive a response from a Rocking Seats representative as soon as possible.

Once your order has been returned to our warehouse, the condition of your returned item will be inspected. Once approved, your account will be credited within five to ten business days, depending on your payment method.

This refund policy does not apply to goods that have been used, damaged after delivery, if alterations have been attempted, or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in original condition. The terms and conditions also continue to apply at all times.
